We are seeking a Finance Business Analyst to play a key role in the upgrade and migration of our clients ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This project role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, delivering value through systems improvement and strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role will be based from Milton Keynes. The client operate a 3/2 hybrid working policy, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. The working pattern will fluctuate with demand, so some weeks could be mainly in the office, some weeks, mainly at home.  

About the Role

As Finance Business Analyst, you'll be instrumental in delivering a major finance system upgrade and CRM migration. You’ll work across departments to align technical solutions with financial and business requirements while ensuring minimal risk and maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support system enhancements and migration within Microsoft Dynamics (D365), working closely with finance leaders and technical teams
• Create clear and concise documentation to define business needs and training requirements
• Lead or support governance activities, workshops, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Develop general system design documentation based on future business needs
• Manage and track plans, risks, budgets, and resource allocations for the finance project portfolio
• Partner with the data platform team to create and refine finance reports using Excel and Power BI
• Support and guide data cleansing in Microsoft AX to ensure data readiness for migration to D365
• Plan and coordinate the business migration process, ensuring accuracy and minimal disruption

About You

We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of finance systems and data, coupled with strong communication and project coordination skills.

• Degree-qualified (Desirable), ideally with experience in finance
• Highly analytical, with the ability to conceptualise and create innovative solutions
• Proficient in Excel, with working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (D365), SQL, and Power BI (Desirable)

Supply Chain Business Analyst – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We're looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst to help align business processes with ERP functionality. This role will ensure the smooth execution of supply chain processes, bridging business needs with technical solutions, and driving efficiency in the ERP software rollout.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of Dynamics 365 F&O implementations and optimising supply chain processes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Implementation Support:
  Work closely with stakeholders and partners to support the roll out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / D365FO across their European entities, ensuring alignment with business requirements and processes.
• Business Process Optimisation:
  Analyse existing supply chain processes, identify gaps, and drive standardisation and improvement initiatives across procurement, warehousing, logistics, and planning.
• Data Consistency:
  Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple markets, providing insight to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Act as a bridge between supply chain teams, IT, and external vendors. Support training initiatives and promote knowledge sharing to strengthen internal capabilities.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings a mix of business acumen, supply chain expertise, and technical ERP systems knowledge:

• Proven experience working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Customer Engagement (CE)
• Strong understanding of supply chain functions, including procurement, warehousing, logistics, and demand planning
• Familiarity with the Field Service industry, Manufacturing processes, MRP, and Warehouse Management (Desirable)
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Project management experience is a plus

Technical Business / Systems Analyst – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our client are embarking on a major IT / Technology transformation with the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. We are seeking a Technical Business / Systems Analyst to support the successful migration of data onto their new MS Dynamics / D365 platform. You will also be involved in testing of key system integrations and document printing. This role will ensure the accuracy of ad-hoc data changes & successful delivery of EDI documents to ensure the continuous improvement of Dynamics 365.

• Collaborate with the Data Migration Lead to support the migration of data onto Dynamics 365
• Manage post go-live data corrections and bulk uploads
• Test integrations across EDI, FedEx, and Manufacturing systems
• Onboard and manage EDI relationships, ensuring invoice delivery and acceptance
• Design and refine document output layouts using Formpipe, Lasernet, or Bartender label designer
• Administer user security roles and licenses within Dynamics 365

About You

To excel in this role, you will have:

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design technical solutions to meet business needs
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server - T-SQL, SSIS, SSDT
• Scripting or coding experience with PowerShell, or X++ preferred
