A growing tech business is seeking a Dynamics NAV / D365BC Business Central Support Consultant to deliver high-quality support across NAV/BC and associated ISV add-ons. You’ll handle customer queries, troubleshoot system issues, manage SLAs, and support small implementations of tools such as Jet and Continia.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to NAV/BC support queries via phone, email, and remote access

• Analyse issues, investigate data, and provide resolutions

• Manage and prioritise support tickets to meet SLAs

• Support ISV installs (Jet, Continia) and assist with wave release updates

• Work with project teams on smooth customer handovers

• Stay current with NAV/BC features and best practices

What You’ll Need

• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics / D365BC NAV/BC

• Knowledge of ISVs such as Jet Reports, Continia, Spindle, Dime Scheduler, Zetadocs

• Preferably Microsoft Partner experience & MB-800 certification

• Accounting knowledge/background desirable

• Strong communication skills and customer focus

• Experience with SQL Server and remote access tools
