Join a fast-growing autonomous systems company and build the people and operational foundations from the ground up. We’re looking for a hands-on HR & Operations leader who can design scalable processes, shape company culture, and make growth smooth - not chaotic.
In this role, you'll own the full people lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, performance, engagement) while also driving critical business operations across processes, compliance, tools, and reporting. You’ll work closely with the COO and leadership team to ensure the company runs efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong values-driven culture.
