Job Description
A growing tech business is seeking a Dynamics NAV / D365BC Business Central Support Consultant to deliver high-quality support across NAV/BC and associated ISV add-ons. You’ll handle customer queries, troubleshoot system issues, manage SLAs, and support small implementations of tools such as Jet and Continia.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to NAV/BC support queries via phone, email, and remote access

Analyse issues, investigate data, and provide resolutions

Manage and prioritise support tickets to meet SLAs

Support ISV installs (Jet, Continia) and assist with wave release updates

Work with project teams on smooth customer handovers

Stay current with NAV/BC features and best practices
What You’ll Need

Strong experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics / D365BC NAV/BC

Knowledge of ISVs such as Jet Reports, Continia, Spindle, Dime Scheduler, Zetadocs

Preferably Microsoft Partner experience & MB-800 certification

Accounting knowledge/background desirable

Strong communication skills and customer focus

Experience with SQL Server and remote access tools
