Job Description
D365 F&O Integration Specialist
£60,000 to £70,000 | 12-Month FTC | South West London, 2 days per week
An established retailer is undertaking a significant ERP transformation, introducing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management across the business.
They need a D365 Integration Specialist to take responsibility for the technical connections between the new ERP platform and their existing applications. You'll work with an external delivery partner and internal stakeholders, helping ensure the different systems work together as the business moves onto D365.
There's plenty to get involved in, with a mixture of existing applications, new integrations and technical challenges to work through.
The role
-
Review current applications and understand how information moves between systems.
-
Define integration requirements and agree technical approaches with the delivery partner.
-
Support connectivity between D365 and retail, ecommerce, finance and operational applications.
-
Create and maintain interface documentation and data mapping specifications.
-
Investigate technical issues and work with developers to resolve them.
-
Coordinate integration testing and ensure solutions are ready for deployment.
-
Support the rollout of D365 across different areas of the business.
What you'll bring
-
Experience delivering integrations involving D365 Finance & Operations or Supply Chain Management.
-
Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, data interfaces and integration methods.
-
Experience working with Microsoft Azure integration technologies.
-
Ability to understand complex application environments and identify technical dependencies.
-
Experience working with external technology partners and internal business teams.
-
Good troubleshooting skills and a practical approach to solving problems.
-
Retail or ecommerce experience would be useful, but isn't essential.
They need someone who can work independently, understand how the different systems fit together and take responsibility for getting the integrations working properly. A good role for someone who wants genuine involvement in a D365 implementation rather than simply supporting an existing system.
