Senior Agile Delivery Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM), £65k + excellent benefits (medical cash plan, 5% bonus, 10% matched pension), Flexible/ Hybrid working. Offices in the South.

Do you enjoy agile project management and managing a scrum team? Want to work within a large scale organization, doing good things for the community with a key project of upgrading and implementing the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related modules, moving from a tradition on-prem set up?

In a newly created role, as the Senior Project Manager you would be accountable for overseeing a large upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on prem) to the latest Microsoft D365 Customer Service, Field Service and Omni Channel. Focusing on agile methodologies, you will lead project teams, support stakeholders, and successfully deliver projects responsibilities include establishing projects, managing project execution, providing Agile guidance, ensuring quality assurance, and promoting project management best practices across the business. The role also involves mentoring other project managers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will likely have qualifications in project management and need to be really strong  leading scrum teams, extensive experience in IT project delivery, strong stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in project management tools and can demonstrate a commitment to excellence, adaptability, and a service-oriented approach.

If you have experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, then great – if not, then you need to have delivered enterprise level CRM or business applications to a large number of users.
