Why are you needed? This partner has an ever-expanding client base, with many existing and new customers in the D365BC / Business Central practice, and as a result, needs to grow their support team to continue providing a high level of customer service and application support. You'll be joining an established support team that is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, welcoming and loves what they do.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience providing application support in Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV / D365 BC
- Microsoft D365 Partner experience would be highly advantageous
- Good experience with Microsoft Office suite and Windows O/S
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- A familiarity with Power Platform would be beneficial but not required
