Product Manager – Digital Customer Journeys
£55–60k + Bonus + Private Medical + Great Benefits (Hybrid – offices in Bournemouth or London

Are you a product manager with expertise in digital e-commerce and customer experience design?
Can you work at a senior level to shape and deliver impactful digital journeys?

Ultimately, you will lead the way in improving a key part of the customer journey, used by thousands of people, shaping and delivering features that release real business and customer value. You will manage the roadmap and backlog, facilitate design and ideation sessions, and collaborate with engineering, UX, research, and stakeholders to solve problems and deliver customer-first digital solutions.

Collaboration is key, with responsibilities including engaging with stakeholders to align on business requirements and product design.

Three key skills required:

  • Strong background in digital e-commerce and customer experience design
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to align product vision with business strategy and customer outcomes

Flexibility with working patterns and location are fine. You can work out of Bournemouth or London, in modern state of the art offices on a hybrid basis 2 days per week
