Project Director – Technology Consulting
£110,000–£120,000 + Bonus + Benefits
UK based, home working with travel

A senior delivery leadership role operating at executive level across large, complex transformation programmes.

This position sits above programme management. It carries accountability for strategic direction, commercial performance, governance integrity and C-suite relationships across major ERP, CRM and enterprise business applications engagements. You will lead senior programme leaders, protect margin, manage risk and ensure delivery remains aligned to client outcomes.

This requires presence and credibility. Someone comfortable walking into a room of executive stakeholders, bringing clarity, challenging constructively and commanding respect quickly.

You will own strategic engagement across major transformation programmes, acting as the senior escalation point and trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. You will lead and mentor senior delivery leaders, ensuring governance standards are upheld while protecting utilisation, revenue and margin performance across the portfolio.

You will identify and mitigate strategic risk early, challenge forecasts and change controls where required, and maintain commercial grip across complex engagements. You will also represent delivery capability in senior prospect conversations, articulating governance, risk management and best practice with authority.

What you need to bring:

• Significant experience leading enterprise business applications programmes.
• Strong consulting background preferred, though major end-client transformation experience will be considered.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Commercially astute, outcomes driven and confident managing large delivery teams.
• Flexible to travel as required.
