Senior Project Manager, D365 F&O / SCM / Commerce
£100,000 to £115,000 | 12-Month FTC | London, 2 to 3 days per week
A major retailer is moving from Dynamics AX to D365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management and Commerce. The implementation partner has been selected, and they now need an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of delivery from the business side.
You'll be managing a complex ERP implementation, coordinating multiple workstreams, challenging the implementation partner where needed and keeping the programme moving towards a successful go-live.
The role
- Lead the delivery of a D365 F&O, SCM and Commerce implementation.
- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate workstreams across finance, supply chain, retail and technology.
- Manage the implementation partner, holding them accountable for delivery.
- Oversee data migration, testing, cutover and go-live activities.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress and challenges.
What you'll bring
- Strong experience delivering D365 F&O or Dynamics AX implementations.
- Senior Project Management experience on complex ERP programmes.
- Experience managing and challenging external implementation partners.
- Good understanding of finance, supply chain and retail processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
- A hands-on approach to delivery, comfortable getting into the detail when needed.
This needs someone who can take control of a complex programme, manage the partner effectively and make sure things actually get delivered.
